About
I spent years letting other people tell me who I was.
Their opinions, their reactions, the way they treated me — those became the landmarks of my identity. I knew in my head that God loved me. I had just never actually asked Him to show me who I was.

There wasn't a single moment where it turned. What changed things was slower and less dramatic than that: prayer. Surrender. Journaling, most mornings, even the ones where I had nothing to say. Movement. Someone holding me accountable when I wanted to disappear.
And then — gradually — actual answers. Not thunder. Impressions. Sentences that showed up on the page that I know I didn't write on my own.
Along the way I had to look straight at things I'd spent a long time walking around: my history, my people-pleasing, the shame I'd been carrying, grief I hadn't let myself feel, and a whole set of beliefs about my own worth that had never once been examined.
I want to be clear about something. I am not on the far side of this work. I fall back. I move forward. I practice the same things I teach, on the same ordinary mornings, and some weeks I do it badly.
That's why Steadfast is built the way it is. Not a course you buy and never open. Eight weeks, a small group, one honest practice a day, and me walking it alongside you rather than standing at the front of the room with everything figured out.
Becoming steady isn't the same as becoming perfect. It's keeping small promises, giving yourself grace, and moving forward 1% at a time.

Design to Shine
A little more light, a little more you.
I co-host Design to Shine with my friend Kirsten — two imperfect women trying to follow the Spirit, share what we're learning, and help others remember who they really are. We talk about faith, worth, business, and the everyday moments that shape us.

This is the one I send people when they want to understand the heart behind all of this.

“Steadfast opened doors in my life that I didn't even know I'd closed. Doing this program gave me so much insight into myself, and helped me uncover confidence that I didn't realize I was hiding. And the growth in my relationship with God was such a welcome blessing!”
